  • Why should I choose your services when I could try to edit the documents on my own?
    Because I've experienced both sides of the same coin! As a job seeker, I've navigated the challenges of the hiring process, and as an interviewer, I've understood what employers look for in a candidate. I've spent hours digging into countless CVs and cover letters, analyzing what works and what doesn't. I've been twice in the driver's seat as the one picking who to interview to be my successor, sat in on interviews, and worked alongside hiring managers to choose whom to interview and hire. This firsthand experience gives me a unique perspective in the hiring process.
  • Why should I have a free consultation call?
    Because it's free advice from someone who's been in your shoes and made it to the other side. Because it's only 15 minutes. Because we'd have to understand a bit more about your needs and what you are looking for, in oder to see if we could even help you.
  • Do you help students pursuing a career in all industries?
    Yes. The optimal way to emphasize your skills is independent of industry.
  • How long will the service take?
    The estimated time of completion is different for each product, and it is written at the respective "Technical Info".
  • Do I need to send any other documents apart from the ones mentioned in "Purchase Info"?
    You can if you want to, but we will make sure to contact you if we need any new information not provided in the document you sent us.
  • What if I do not email the document required within five days after the purchase is made?
    In that case we will NOT be able to provide you with the end product.
  • Why do you require documents to be emailed within five days after the purchase is made?
    Because we need to plan our work in advance and schedule the effort into condensed time-blocking periods.
  • In which format should I send my CV or cover letter?
    Preferably Word, but PDF is also fine.
  • Do you write CVs or cover letters from scratch?
    No, we review and revise existing CVs and cover letters.
  • I made the wrong purchase. What can I do?
    Don't worry! If you email us within six hours after the confirmation email has been sent, we will provide you with the option of modifying your purchase, by asking you to select the right product and refunding the full amount of the wrong purchase.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    No, since what we provide is information and not a physical product. Once information is consumed you can't unlearn it.
